What did you like most about the interview process?
It was simple and fair.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We are already underpaid and unappreciated. Management needs work with team members and build them as a team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The manager is the issue. What is that old saying......a person does not quite the job but quits the manager.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working with a small team is always ideal to me. It gives a sense of family when things are going smooth. Currently this is not happening at my store. The manager has everyone is chaos.
