Too much work expwcted per person and not paid well
Getting things done in a timely manner and having enough employees scheduled so it doesnt come down to rushing to get things completed last minute
Not enough time or people to get things done sp we get in trouble for being behind. Company needs to allow stores to give out more hours
Not so much pressure on employees, so they arent in a bad mood when they are at work, more compliments when things are done well insread of only negative feedback
