Extremely busy with way to much to do and not enough help to get it all done without running yourself into the ground.

Communicate more about everything from hours and payroll to major and minor projects.

We do our best to be upbeat and positive no matter what. It makes our job more enjoyable.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
At first I was happy to go and then it turned into me veing expected to do my job, finish someone else's and help another without anyone helping me..
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There's and entire days worth of things to do for every shift and you are constantly running around to get it all done being paid minimum wage is extremely discouraging. And even after running all day to make sure everything is done and everyone is happy minimum wage isnt enough to pay any bills.
