I had no issues with the coworkers. It was the manager I had issues with
What did you like most about the interview process?
The manager was friendly for the interview but once I was hired on her whole attitude changed. No wonder they are short staffed!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I feel as if the manager is putting me down. Like nothing I do satisfies her. I believe there needs to be positive feedback when a worker does extra work. Ex. "I see you finished your tasks as well as the end caps thank you!"
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I believe management shouldnt be so negative of their employees and be more positive. I also believe cashiers should be allowed to have a bottle of water up front with them since they are not allowed to go in the back to get a drink.
