They are a great store to work at in a small town but don't pay enough to make a living.

We get along and get most things done.

We're all willing to help each other out.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are super helpful and treat the customers really well!
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with different customers and seeing the regulars come in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We don't get an employee discount and we're paid minimum wage.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We get paid bi-weekly on Fridays. It is directly deposited into my bank!

Seeing the regular customers come in and talking with them about their day.

I got to know the manager and they were excited about bringing me onto the team.

We work together and if one of us doesn't know an answer, we ask someone else. We are not afraid to ask each other for help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We operate in a very small town so everybody knows everybody and we're able to learn the customers names and a little bit about their lives.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how they are willing to work together to get tasks accomplished. They put aside their differences for the sake of leading the store properly. They are very amazing with customers!
