No one acts like they are above anyone else. Everyone is professional yet we can also treat eachother like friends.

I am usually extremely nervous at job interviews, but the manager made me feel very comfortable and was very clear about expectations.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The managers are very friendly and welcoming. They are happy to answer any questions I have about my job, and treat me like an equal.
