The coworkers are just amazing and I know everyone that comes in and enjoy their conversation when assisting them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bc they pay us the least amount that they can get by with but make us work our butts off and what would make me feel better is if we got bad at least 12 per hr like other places start out at.
