I live my job at Dollar general I have moved up to assistant Manager but when I needed to take time off corporate office was good with it but the employees at my store are talking negativitly about me and my condition

The employees need to just work and not worrying about everything else

They ask out opinions and actually listen to our answers and try to implement our ideas

I have worked hard for DG and now that I need time off I have to jump through hoops
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to actually do their job instead of leaving for the next person. They gossip to customers aboutthings that are none of their business
