Customers telling me I'm always working, and am helpful to them.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The District Manager offered to utilize my work experience as a starting point for my employment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have no faith in the leadership team. There are rogue store managers that run the stores the way they want and push the company SOP to the back burner.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers need to work together as a TEAM and not put down other co-workers that don't work as fast or efficiently because they don't have the same level of experience.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Manager degrading my work efforts and treating me like an outsider. A new manager using the companies SOP to run the store the way the company intends it to be run.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Competitors starting pay is higher. There is little to no compensation for longevity on the job and no stock options. My efforts to keep my store neat and customer ready should be rewarded in some fashion.
