Dissappointed and ashamed to have to constantly rush throught the line of customers. Some customers dont know whats going on and only see whats going on. bad management.

Communication, team building, empathy and breaks. Needs more rewards for great employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some of the customers were very postive and understanding of the lack of help and were very patient and kind.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Communication, teamwork, human not robots, needs breaks, standing on feet for 8 hours or changing shifts at last minute, unfair work load.
What did you like most about the interview process?
laid back and was interested in my goals as well as the companys goals. Made sure i was a good fit for the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was given many tasks in a very short time period. I didnt feel vauled and i felt very rushed and untrusted as an employee.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not throwing people on regerster super quickly when first walking in the door. Please stop using one cashier for a line of 20 and only have 2 people working and one of those people are a manager.
