If everyone was willing to do the same work it would be beneficial. Employees including managers should be trained on all aspects of the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Minimum wage is very low and yet they expect you to give 110%. You can't pay employees bare minimum and expect the company to run efficiently
