The DM needs to be replaced and a DM that cares more for the workers than her bonus
The conference calls consist of getting yelled at and being told how poorly you work. No constructive ways to fix the problems
The insurance is extremely pricey for what you get. You work 80 hours and are only compensated for 40 so you work for about $8 an hour if your lucky
The leadership needs to solve issues in a realistic timely fashion and not sweep things into the corner and ignore them. Upper management needs to actually speak with managers without DM being there. They need to follow up and randomly check on DMs
