What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating people like they are people and not robots.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was average i had known someone who worked their prior so wasnt much of an interview.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Get treated very poorly by management. Work extremely hard understaffed to be demeaned all day and get paid low rates.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to high better qualified people in general. Half the people they hire just don't care to work. They put no effort into getting anything accomplished
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management thinks 1 person can do the work of 3 people and talks down to you like an animal if it isn't done. Try to stay late get in trouble for having too many hours. Only schedule 2 people on for the whole shift with an entire truck coming in during holiday rush season...
