It's a great place to work if you do not have a manager that doesn't understand that you cannot control some things that happen in the store and the writes you up for it.

The managers are ruining it for me.

Hire better store managers. It's awful.

Everyone but the manager is good

They train well, they are not too harsh when you make mistakes.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management just cannot keep scolding their employees for factors that they cannot fix.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It was pretty quick and easy. Background checks may need to go through faster

I feel like I am being used by management and then written up multiple times
What did you like most about the interview process?
The questions are quite similar to other standard questions, but they were easy to answer.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a store, so there's not much you can talk about with this. But as long as we do our jobs, we can keep the environment nice.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being the Manager On Duty on a night with my associate. If I'm not bothered by any higher ups, I can get more work done. That makes me the most happy.
