I had a good experience in the beginning but then a new assistant manager was brought in and she spoke to employees as if we were children and lied about us being unproductive on our shifts.

It was quick and painless.

The job in general. I loved interacting with the customers.

The customers for the most part are a jpy to speak to.

The team i worked with was very friendly and always willing to help one another out.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to comb through there store managers and assistance managers closer because the experience i had with mine was horrible.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The assistant manager that i had to work under was a very disrespectful person. She spoke to her employess as if we were children.
