They have no standards at all.

They promoted me to key holder, which requires more work. I get few hours and my pay was not increased with the promotion.

I am underpaid for the sheer amount of work I must accomplish. I am often the only one working in a high volume store.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They are horrible and break many labor laws as well as laws concerning the disabled. They often yell at and refuse service to the handicapped.
