Doing all the work and getting paid the same as those who get away with not doing anything

At my store the manager gets mad if you can't stop someone from stealing even if it puts you in harms way

Working at Dollar General, a lot of the work was put on one employee and didn't care about the others not doing their part. The manager wouldn't follow the rules and would write you up if you didn't break the rules with her.
