Hard working and fun which makes the day go faster. They are also very supportive
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Hours are cut regularly to the point where a full time member of staff is only getting part time hours and it isn't even fairly between the team and newer members getting more hours than longer term staff
