Laid back. Was with a manager that was awesome but left.

The staff was awesome. We had a combined hatred of the manager.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You get paid awful and are expected to give too much availability for the actual hours you get.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The DM changed 3 times while I was there so I was never able to get anyone to help with the toxic work environment the manager created. She probably would have been fired if there was a competent DM in place.
