I wouldn't choose to work at Dollar General again ubless the team was more polite and helpful along with the boss.

Quick and easy to communicate about start day and earnings.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The computer system is outdated. In order to do a return you have to be a key holder and hold up the line to call one which in turn upsets and even loses customer's.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I deal with rude people on a daily basis and pick up after people's mess, i think i deserve higher pay and i believe everyone should have at least one benefit regardless of the job position.
