My interview was simple asked me a few questions and I was hired the same day
What are some of the best things about your team?
Nothing really special because you cant keep a good team because people quit faster than you can hired them
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
One person have to much to do as and they are typically there by themselves for 5 to 6 hrs a day
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You have to many jobs to do for low pay wages and you dont get but 30 hours for a full time employee
