it was okay. i wish i had a manager who cared a little more about their employees and offered them a fair wage.

i like how the employees have each other's backs
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the pay is awful. the hours scheduled. it results in employees not wanting to come to work which leaves other employees working harder to make up for that
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i feel undervalued because we are expected to do a lot of work and not paid nearly enough. we get our hours taken from us so that managers and higher positions can get bonuses.
What did you like most about the interview process?
my interview process was easy. my manager showed me around the store and showed me a bit of the work that goes on. they asked me my hours available. and offered me the job
