Managing schedules, controlling in store inventory and meeting customer needs.
It was more of a conversation than an interview with scripted questions.
At store level, the manager needs replaced. At company level, many things need revamped.
No one wanted to work as a team or listen to anyone else's ideas for improvement. The manager wanted to work a set schedule and blame everyone else when things weren't getting done.
I was asked to come in early, stay late, ignore days off, shorten lunches and to work on my lunch break. The store was wildly understaffed due to poor management and district management was aware and did nothing to help.
