No matter what obstacles are in the way they seem like they can handle it and always know what to do to keep the store running efficiency
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Most large retail chains have higher pay per hour, but the hours are fair here. Overall I can't complain but higher pay for all lower positions would be better
