What did you like most about the interview process?
We talked less than 5 minutes shook hands and I had the job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We live in a small community and I know almost everyone by name I love interacting with my customers and I love my job. The management just leaves much to be desired.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Enforcing stricter social distancing procedures and if my manager would actually show up and train employees before they give them a set of keys and start having them close that would be great. Also our sales floor is atrocious.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a full time lead key holder and have only been there a month. I am not comfortable with the responsibility and for 8 dollars and hour (after raise from 7.25) I feel the stress and lack of social distancing and mask enforcement amount staff isn't worth it.
