Well it was incredibly incompetent, hard,terrible every single day l feel bad because communication with the supervisors is bad they serve to give points but to help they are not useful because there is favoritism.

More communication between supervisors and employees

Leave favouritism and rotate employees to wear out.

Interviews through online or telephone

Change incompetent supervisors and go down from 100% to 85%.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Too much favoritism between supervisors always they choose the same employees do not exchange pickers they wear them out work for two years talked to two supervisors and they didn't change me because they are in incompetent they are worse than Covid-19.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well, l have been working for two years and new employees arrive in a week and quickly it is on par with the employee who has been working two years or more and working 6 mandatory days, but who are in incompetent charlatans. Dollar general l do not recommend it.
