What did you like most about the interview process?
I walked in, said i needed a job, was told go to the website and was hired. No interviews. They had just had 2 people quit
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Close to minimum wage, discount 1-time/month. Single use, insurance too expensive for what employee's are paid. No open door policy. If you have concerns. Keep them to yourself or your hours are taken away. Livable wage is not expected with rhis company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management is nor concerned about employees or customers, bottom line is their budget.Pay everyone else less, keep hours at 12-14 a week so only inexperienced workers hired having no idea what a good workplace should be like. Benefits don't. have to be off. Lower pay than 7-Eleven twice the work
