My manager is fair and understands thst we do iur besr on minimum hours thats shes givin to staff
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Dollar General needs to get current with fair pay. Literally everyone pays more than DG. I dont mind hard work and I actually like to be be busy but there is always more added without the extra hours for staffing.
