A good team and good pay.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Occasionally you get hard workers but eventually they will quit because the pay is so low for the expectations. It’s next to impossible to get a good staf
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is good but when expectations are so high but working more than the required 48 hours a week is gonna bring your pay down significantly if you’re understaffed or helping other store
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Supporting store management and fighting for us when we kill our selves to make up for larger issues like low pay and not enough payroll hours. Remember the old stores need more maintenance if the company is going to continue to build new stores.
