We are pretty much a happy bunch. We get stressed from time to time but we laugh have a good time but get the work done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with the company for 10 and a half years. With my experience hard work and dedications, I know I am a valuable employee. I never call out and I'm always punctual. I think I deserve better pay than what I get. I would be happy with an even 17 buck an hour.
