The managers at my store play favorites they move the ones they want up not the ones that work hard and deserve it I witnessed it myself and over heard talking that wasn't meant for me know this is true I love dg but my work gets me nothing but more work and someone else gets the money and praise

How they hire everyone they talk to u call interview u get job always I never seen any interview and not get hired
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Someone that cares about the customers in our area care about there sick children there dying husband's what they need to get through there daily lives with kind words understanding a clean store and profit will come don't care for the people profit will never come the people need to feel like home
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When a survey comes through the proper people that earned it gets the credit not there friends that the manager raise prices people up that are qualified time wise and experience and everyone gets training properly not just throwied in and have to learn on there on and train the ones they want to
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Well everyone looks at each other like they are in compation with the others ever one feels like they have to beat the others to get money positions in the company everyone tried to sabatage the other instead of work as one team afraid that they will make someone else look good so people
What makes you most happy at work?
The customers they are everything with thrnlm I have job security and with that I know more opportunities to grow and learn and move up that is my focus to learn and move up in the company but if your customers feel they matter they will go miles out of there way to come to your store and pass 10
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love my community the customers are the best that's what makes me work so hard I love when they can't find something and I'm able to find for them they look like it's Christmas time so happy they get a twinkle in there eye cuz they know they don't have to stop at one more store they can go home
