My previous manager was very straight forward and was willing to give me a chance because she had heard that I was a good worker
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together most of the time but the assistant manager thinks shes the manager and everyone takes advantage and runs over the actual manager
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We do try and make sure customers are taken care of but no one wants to stock just complain that no one else is doing it
What makes you most happy at work?
To be able to help people and know that I was a part of just making someone smile. I like stocking also. As long as I stay busy
