Clear channels of communication and feedback, and the ability to communicate problems and actually get those problems dealt with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not an interchangeable part that exists to put boxes on shelves, unfortunately my company doesn't agree with me.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Aggressive refusal to adequately employ and train workers, so shelves are persistently unstocked, and stock deliveries are irregular so it's near impossible to know for sure when something a customer wants will be available.
