When management starts to care, just maybe the rest of the employees will too! Whatever energy you give, the rest of the staff will follow!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm the only employee that could be depended on 100 %. I've been left alone for up to 5hrs, no help.That's not safe for a woman! My work ethic speaks for itself. I'm never late, I've covered shifts for opening and closing for only $12!!! I need more than 12 hours a week! I'm GROWN!
