When I started at PMSC/MYND/CSC/DXC, I was young and timid. I was quiet and was just totally happy to have a good job. So, I did not really stand up for myself when it came to salary. I wish I would have been able to speak up all those years past. But I do not have complaints. I am ok now.

I am making the same thing I was making when I started with the company 8 years ago. It is an entry level wage for an entry level position. Since then I have grown and the area I am working in has seen and are using my tremendous skillset. But there has been no salary increase or promotions.

Although there have not had salary increases for several quarters, DXC provides perks in the form of extended medical coverage, many recognition programs (work excellence, academic excellence, etc) and a large base for renew skills and expand knowledge and experience.

I joined the UKI team as an Early Careers graduate in 2022. Since then, the 2023 cohort have started and are on a higher salary than the 2022 cohort. Management have refused to match our salaries to the new cohort (despite the fact we all have more experience and joined for the same job). Insulting.
