The leadership team does not track the deliveries or talk to people in the teams doing the work. They are in a bubble and assume that things are good when they are not. Skip level meetings don't happen with everyone. The team members in have poor opinion of leadership that they don't act on feedback

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yearly pay increases are below inflation. Senior management team have said in-place promotions are going to be the exception, and that in order to get a promotion you would likely need to change roles in the company.

The basic pay structure needs significant improvement. Many companies have already increased the basic pay component and are making meaningful adjustments during annual salary hikes. Our compensation structure should also be reviewed and improved to remain competitive with current industry standards
