Autonomy to run their own takd with no reservations and a vibrant exchange of ideas so everyone is part of the process and taking corrective actions when something doesn't work.There is no point in giving responsibilies if they are truncated by other executives.

No preconceived notions and at keast on the prephery, an unbiased approach. Neither friendly nor acrimonious conduct exhibited by the interviewers.
