Work from home. It should be 3 to 4 days at home, 1 or 2 days in office. Employees would be happier, the company would save a lot more money not having to resources for people in the office. You said we knocked it out of the part in 2020-21, so now we are punished for our hard work?

Compensation needs to be higher, we constantly receive updates regarding the insane amount of money this company makes and/or invests in buying other businesses (mitchel & ness for example). However some people that have worked here for years have not seen meaningful wage raises.

despite the lies HR say we are not payed market value and HR is always trying to undercut what we deserve for pay "Oh you got a promotion recently so you don't get a merit raise" That equal "ok so I just won't work hard since I didn't do anything merit-able." Promotion does not equal merit

Fanatics talks the talk, but doesn't walk the walk. Everyone I've spoken to works CONSTANTLY - even on PTO. 12+hours days are the norm, expectations to be "on call" over the weekend, there is no disconnect from this. I feel like Fanatics really doesn't care if they burn people to the ground.

Management can start caring instead of saying they are going to. Technology can be improved, I'm still on a crappy dell with meh monitors while others are getting fancy one. I'm tried of managers getting fancy meals, drinks, and such, while we get nasty dry subs, not even good subs. Lead by example!
