Friendly, we always have time to have fun inclusive if we work under oppression. As a foreign, my team is so patient to explain so much about English culture and language to me. If someone cannot do something, always there is a hand to help
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They tell me what I must do and how I can do it, if I am troubled, they are always available to assist me with training or taking more time to explain me the process. Every time I have difficulty reconciling my working and personal life, they offered me so many alternatives to choose the best for me
