Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Cost of living is rising. Even if someone is hybrid/remote, rent rises too. Gas isn't the only factor to consider. Groceries and utilities also matter. I am underpaid for the amount of work I do and the stress I deal with.

How collaborative it is and how much people are willing to help and offer teaching moments to others. Everyone is super supportive and excited to jump into projects and work with others to achieve a common goal.

How each day is different and the projects/work I'm doing is challenging in different ways and how I'm able to exercise different muscles/skill sets. It's a supportive work environment, and I have the tools and team/managerial support to do my job.
