Interacting with customers and fellow employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt like i was heard and my health was actually a concern that was watched out for and still has been to this day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make less than people who have started recently. Thats not fair andcost of living here is outrageous. I have to work my butt off just to make rent and struggle just to eat every month. Benefits might be better if larger discount was applied to food purchases.
