What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the Union, I like the 401k plan and the match. And I like the great health coverage for my family.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my co-workers, being able to answer questions for and interact with customers, and the actual work part of my job too.
What did you like most about the interview process?
How friendly the HR guy was. He was kind and had good questions and actually listened when I answered. Still have a great relationship with him.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together. We all communicate well, and everyone respects each other. When it's time to take care of tasks as individuals, we rock that. And when it's time to do something as a team, we rock that too.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very kind, fun to be around, and they look at us as equals. Also, I'm a single mom of four, so sometimes, life happens. They have always been super understanding regarding the circumstances of my life and for me, that's a necessity.
