What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

value your employees. Yes we are all replaceable, but if you treated us with respect and cared about our wellbeing, you'd have more productive long term employees.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

We are told that we have to stand there and take a customer telling you how horrible of a person you are and calling you every name under the sun, just so maybe they might give the company a higher rating. Kills your self esteem and self worth sometimes.
