What are some of the best things about your team?
We are family, we have each other's backs and try to also stand up for one another and make things fun
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel it's right that someone that has been with the company 5 years can make the same as someone that's been there over 14 years. They should make a lot more than that
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to listen to feedback and not make a standard across the board when it doesn't work for some stores and we aren't credited for the good job we do in our department even though we know what's best for it
