There is a great level of communication and coordination between the different management levels
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Generally open to suggested changes, and supported new ideas on how to do things
What makes you most happy at work?
Being allowed to take responsibility for areas of my work, and to have the support of my team leadership in making decisions that affect my work area
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A much lower deductible rate would be great. Last year all our medical expenses that have been previously been covered in part by lower deductibles ended up being out of pocket.
