I have a love/hate relationship with my company. Some days I love it but most of the time I feel under valued and unappreciated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My employees work extremely hard for me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Men in my same position make more than the women. Equal pay.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They wanted to know about who you were as a person more than your experience level.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Caring about the employees instead of just the numbers. If your employees are your numbers will follow suit.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My associates will do anything for me but won't do anything for anyone else and I feel like that is because I actually care about them and don't treat them like they are just a number.
