I enjoy working with most of my coworkers and the customers are mostly enjoyable. Though management likes to turn a blind eye to the other mangers that don't do their jobs and delegate all their work to their team. They also don't follow their own rules and pet peeves.

The ones with good work ethic help each other to get things done
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked the group interview we did. Working off each other and having to be creative with your answer to stand out from the others.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually working with the employees in their departments that actually understand what the customers want and need. And to stop making stupid superficial changing to make it look like their job still has a purpose. Stop adding more work to each position without taking something away of equal time
