What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company treats employees as human beings that have lives outside of work. The benefits are excellent.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The team moved quickly with my interviews and everyone was up front about the pros and cons of the job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very experienced and skilled. This is a very nice group of people and all of them have a great heart
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The company has great products and has an open door policy with creativity. The downside is that the company is bogged down in red tape and slow procedures. No other negatives other than my immediate manager, who is horrible.
