What does the leadership team need to get better at?
A PM must provide strategic tasks completed at a weekly level to management.PMs have no help so how are we to run day to day, be strategic about business, and then provide management weekly updates on every task.Amount of time wasted in hand feeding management info is ridiculous. Look at Smartsheet

benefits are trash, raises are a joke. People are doing the job of MULTIPLE PMs, yet when we are asked to be compensated accordingly we get pennies. Everyone is drained and tired. management is no help, no change. All these initiatives but no backing to do them. your employees are overworked

I have shopped myself, and know what my salary is compared to a comparable job at other companies. I also know I am under paid compared to co-workers who have the same title, and underperform compared to me. So my response is based on fact, not overblown ego.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
need more resources, need EFFICIENT processes, need less micro managing, let me do my job without having to tell you on a weekly basis what is going on. use the smartsheets you make us use and POWERBI to get the info you need and ask us questions. not us screenshot and hand feed you

Seems like more and more executives are hired, but there is a larger need for entry & mid-level employees. The employees we do have seem to be leaving the company at a higher rate lately. Nothing seems to be done to retain employees.

We have been flexible with remote options in this environment but we continue to hire fully remote employees and do not offer options for those employees who have spent years at the company to be fully remote. Forcing people to come in to the office leads to a negative environment.
