The best part about my compensation package is that on top of already being paid well, 45-min lunches are paid and we get monthly bonuses!

What makes me the happiest at work is being able to work with sociable people, getting constructive feedback from management, and feeling valued by my company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how the leadership team does not have a condescending attitude towards those who are not in a leadership role and I love the open-door policy.

The most positive thing about the culture and environment at my company is that everyone feels celebrated, everyone has a great attitude, and there are so many programs offered to help you grow professionally and personally.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the best things about my team are that we hold a lot of diversity so there are always great ideas, we communicate well amongst each other, we focus on goals and results, we are organized, and we have lots of fun together!
